Kit arrived as promised in time for Christmas. The build instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The components all fit together nicely, resulting in a fun, radio-controlled robot. The learning continues with the phone app, using the different programming tools to create robot tracks. A few small components were missing. After contacting customer service by email, I got a response in minutes and had replacement components in a few days. That is five star customer service!
Other than a couple of places in the manual that were unclear - this was a GREAT project to take on. I built it with a fidgety 6.5 year old, and he stuck it out for the whole thing.
And once assembled, it runs great across both floors and carpets. Maneuvers REALLY nicely, which made it doubly worth taking the time to build. Highly recommended.
