1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

You’ve placed an order but changed your mind before it’s shipped.

What happens next:
We will review your request within 1 business day.
If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Important notes:
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled directly. Please refer to the "Return Process" below.
Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, usually within 7 business days.
2. 7-Day No-Reason Return (After Shipment, No Quality Issues)
When it applies:
You received the item, but it’s not quite what you expected.
Timeframe:
Submit your return request within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and include all original tags and packaging.

What happens next:

Please ship the item back within 5 business days ( return shipping is at your own expense. ）

3. Quality Issues
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a defect, we offer two solutions based on timing:
A. Quality Issues Within 30 Days – Full Refund
When it applies:
You discover a quality-related issue (not caused by misuse) within 30 days of delivery and don’t want a replacement.
Requirements:

If approved, we’ll issue a full refund including original shipping cost within 10 business days — no need to return the product.
B. Quality Issues Within 1 Year – Free Replacement
When it applies:
You encounter a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase and prefer a free replacement.
Requirements:

Provide your order number and a clear video or multiple photos showing the issue.

No signs of misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear.

What happens next:

I always search for toys that help my kids learn while they play. They enjoy building toys a lot, and I've tried different ones with around 400-500 blocks. This time, I wanted something with a mix of small and medium blocks to help develop their fine motor skills and creativity, and that's when I found this Owl Lego set.
This owl set has an impressive 1193 pieces that require attention to detail when building. When it arrived, I noticed that the box was slightly damaged, so if you plan to gift it, you might want to be cautious. However, inside, all the blocks were neatly wrapped and marked, making it easy to find what you need. The colorful instruction manual included is a bonus, as it makes building the owl a breeze, even for younger kids. Each step is clearly illustrated, making the building process enjoyable and straightforward.
Once assembled, the owl looks vibrant and lively, thanks to the high-quality blocks and vibrant colors. It's not just fun to play with; it also helps improve skills like problem-solving, spatial awareness, and creativity. Plus, with nearly 1200 pieces, it offers hours of entertainment and learning. Considering the number of blocks and the educational value it provides, it's certainly a great value for money.
For me this was difficult. But I loved building it!!! Completing the base was boring but necessary. The only downside is the finished owl seemed to tilt too much backwards. I had to fix this with some folded pieces of cardboard. No worries as you can’t see them. The end of building the set was fun with all the flowers, eyes and feathers. The instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The pieces fit nicely and the tool to undo a mistake worked well. As before, it was challenging but cool. I’d buy something similar next time for sure.
I love this build- it is not easy- took some time but was so fun!
I have done many brand name Lego and Non-Lego sets such as this owl. This is a very solid build. Very detailed instruction booklet just like Lego and numbered bags. Was very happy with the quality. The eyes were a little tricky. Very happy with the completed product.
This owl was Really hard but the end product is gorgeous and looks great on my mantle.
The customer service was very good and very helpful.
