1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
When it applies:
You’ve placed an order but changed your mind before it’s shipped.
How to request:
Please email us at service@sillbird.com with your order number and request to cancel.
What happens next:
We will review your request within 1 business day.
If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Important notes:
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled directly. Please refer to the "Return Process" below.
Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, usually within 7 business days.
2. 7-Day No-Reason Return (After Shipment, No Quality Issues)
When it applies:
You received the item, but it’s not quite what you expected.
Timeframe:
Submit your return request within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and include all original tags and packaging.

3. Quality Issues
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a defect, we offer two solutions based on timing:
A. Quality Issues Within 30 Days – Full Refund
When it applies:
You discover a quality-related issue (not caused by misuse) within 30 days of delivery and don’t want a replacement.
Requirements:

The product is non-functional due to a manufacturing issue.

What happens next:
We’ll respond within 2 business days.
If approved, we’ll issue a full refund including original shipping cost within 10 business days — no need to return the product.
B. Quality Issues Within 1 Year – Free Replacement
When it applies:
You encounter a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase and prefer a free replacement.
Requirements:

Provide your order number and a clear video or multiple photos showing the issue.

No signs of misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear.

Email service@sillbird.com with the subject line "1-Year Warranty Replacement" and attach the evidence.
What happens next:

I purchased this toy for my 7-year-old grandson. It was a ittle more complicated than I thought. Should have stuck with the recommended age of 8 - 12. Luckily, my 33-year-old son, his Uncle, is very intuitive and patient and helped him build some of the bots. Bots are real fun once put together. Definitely teaches dexterity and understanding directions.
The product is good, but the major component, the solar panel, does not work.
Within two weeks, the CS contact me and apology for the issue and offer me three options to compensate for the negative experience I had. I am really appreciated about that. They really take customers comments seriously.
My son was working on building the first robot. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. However, I have to remind you don't push too hard when assembling. The plastic pieces are not as hard as lego pieces. The part would break apart if you press too hard, so be careful. But I think there are extras. The parts that involves gear needs a little bit more time because the gears need to work probably together. The process of assembling the gears is harder than putting the Lego pieces together but it seems manageable. I think my son needs to figure out how solar panel or battery works after assembly. I am really looking forward seeing how the solar panel works when he is done with the assembly.
I got this for my 9 year old nephew and he loved it! He likes to build things so this one wasn’t too complicated for him. The key to make a good build is to use a sharp scissor or cutter and follow instructions carefully.
I would recommend this product.
Definitely one of the greatest gift to engage students/kids! It is not too difficult for 8 year olds to build but it is definitely challenging enough for them to use their little brains and spend time with it! Great idea when you want the kids to have a break for electronics. Totally recommended!
